I disagree with you totally.

I think if i was director of cfe i would be doing deals to annoy evraz inorder to prevent them from taking control.

at the moment they only need to spend 50-60 mill to get total control and all current directors would be out of a job.(i actually suspect it is alot less than this because i think it is generally accepted they secretly own a lot of options and have the recent 49 mill shares converted in their back pocket as well)

They then from the proceeds of the mcc deal which is a lot more than 60 mill do whatever they want.

if i was director i would do exactly as sage has done to protect

1.my job( all directors are out if evraz takes over)

2.the company from being controlled by an uncaring foreign conglomerate

3.beat abromovich at something and take a moral victory after being humiliated

4.make evraz pay for pissing me off

he is acting in the companies best interests but as i said i hope this hasnt been rushed and as i also said a deal had to be done prior to the cap return to reassure the market that cfe was a going concern and not just a cashbox.
