    This is a deal that is fair to Evraz, Power United, and Timis if his African real estate is worthwhile. MOST IMPORTANTLY IT IS FAIR TO WE LITTLE SHAREHOLDERS, WHO HAVE PAID UP THE INITIAL CAPITAL TO GET CFE THIS FAR.

    FULL CREDIT TO THE CFE BOARD AND TONY SAGE. They have acted for ALL shareholders WITHOUT FAVOUR.
