The whole business of who owns the rights to the rail and port infrastructure is very confusing! TS did infer that CFE owned the rights but later on it emerged that CFE had access to the facilities from AM at "commercial" rates. What this meant has never been clarified. It is interesting that London Minerals are going to fast track their operation using trucks and barges. This does not mean that in the long term they may not be looking at extending the rail to their holdings. The bottom line is that China Metals has incorporated in their agreement with African Minerals an amount to upgrade the very derelict rail "system".
