well I hope you are correct....its been a long wait...

but I'm still not sure they would want to be including funds from the ipo in the Australian 2012 tax year......but may well put it in train so that the funds fall into the 2013 tax year....
I know if it was me and i was faced with a trade sale or ipo I'd be seriously considering the tax ramifications now that we are so close to June 30 end of tax year.....

any trade sale is deemed taxable income as of the date of signing the contract.....

As for an IPO ...well thats probably a different story....you'd have to consult a tax expert on that one......

all up a very good company with big dollars to come our way .....this year.....I HOPE.

with the price down at the moment and the dow up...its looking like a good time for a top up.....
