Its always been highly probable... Its a matter of how much. $1, $500m or anywhere in between. I can sell a can of coke no problem, but at what price? 5c will be easy but pointless. $3 will be tough but rewarding.
Once mining licence has been granted things should be Hopefully better.
People expecting 20c should have sold at 19c. People expecting 30c should have sold after ato issue Ann.
