It's probably the major shareholders that own less than 5% that are selling, no reason for panic. If something was wrong the SP would be going down much faster than current.

Also, if there really was something going wrong, would TS use the company money to do a share buyback? Of all people he would know more about the company than anyone else.

The $500m sale is prospective and until it's achieved the SP will not do much.

I don't know if people remember that far back but the same pattern was forming when the big sale occurred years ago. And once the sale came through the SP shot up.

I've accumulated at these levels and will continue to do so as it looks like the 10c won't break. If it does not break I would think TS will start to buy more at these levels rather than what is currently happening.
