In the picture above you can see the main road going through the bottom of the projects, so transport is ok
If you look at the Mozambique mining portal web page you can also see there are train lines going through the projects, so transports links are good and already in place.
These projects are basically virgin ground, you can see that Rio only tested a very very small area, on the side of the strike and also only on the side of the access roads
