I don't know about you but I am pretty confident that this price is going to go above $6 p/share before July. The board had no hesitation in dumping an offer 400+% above their original offer, that alone would be unprecedented. The offer would not have been increased to this level if there was any doubt as to the value of the assets involved, they would have factored in a big margin to buy an undeveloped asset.
I don't know about you but I am pretty confident that this price...
