Just got time to read the whole thread... I will say STOP venting out frustration..

@Ant-Man,Wazza1 and Stevesy : looking at share count taken from all of us.. I see we are miles away from 5%. I think we need to be cool headed to find a win-win solution instead of concluding things without evidences.

Q: what will happen if they Delist?
Answer : you will still hold the shares of the company as you do now. However you will not be able to sell them on ASX.

Q: How does this impact?
Answer: You might find it very hard to find a buyer who is willing to purchase shares of company that is not listed.

I am happy to be corrected but my understanding is that if company decides to provide dividend or any benefits you are eligible for your share. It is similar to owning a private business in partnership.
