Girida, just to clarify I am sharing my thoughts on a likely scenario given the current events.
May or may not happen, but better to build a house ready and proofed for an earthquake.
The win-win situation here is that we trade again soon and do not delist.
As far as I am aware, any other option from this is simply a win for our friends and a massive loss for small holders.
Wazza, they can choose if they would like to buy them back from you or leave them with you. In most cases if you do not own a large enough holding to do anything, there is no point in spending money to buy them back.
Even though Taurus have 87% they do not 'need' full legal control if it is being given behind closed doors.
There is no way for us to prove this and they are more than likely aware of it.
Again, simply a scenario based on current events and when both parties stand to gain from the delist, it raises some concerns.
