I think not considering a potential delist at this stage is burying you're head in the sand.....we have a much better chance at getting a positive outcome while we are still listed rather than if or when they become private.
It's just risk mgmt ...likelihood I consider medium to high and impact to minority shareholders will be severe. We need to get an EGM happening sooner rather than later , which is what we're trying to do.
And of course Taurus / Realm would say that delisting is not part of the plan....they need the ASX to make that decision for them.
Having said all this obviously hope I'm so far wide of mark and we open at 30c in a month or 2.
