I am also underwhelmed by the actions and the latest announcement. In particular the vagaries that have been a theme of this entire process. What specific "regulatory points" are delaying this process?

The announcement strikes me as being hastily constructed presumably in response to some pressure. Possibly in response to shareholder pressure or even discussions on this forum.

My current feeling is that the company is wholly responsible for the situation and doubt the ASX can be held to blame.

I would support any move to seek legal advice/action. I think we should also consider and discuss referring Realm to ASIC by way of formal complaint. If for no other reason than to maintain a paper trail should we eventually pursue legal action.

I would welcome discussion on these topics.
