Don't bank on it. They only have another 20m or so to divest. The equivalent of 7 modest trading days volume and if they have been placed to a single buyer or handful of buyers then I doubt there will be any price impact and maybe even a postive one.

The 50 DMA also crossed above the 200 DMA on the gold chart on Friday - referred to as a golden cross and a strong technical signal of higher prices (potentially sharply higher) to come.

I find these events often don't play out how you might wish. I think there is a strong argument / evidence in the sp decline to say that the Van Eck factor has had its impact and is well factored in. Time will tell but I personally don't expect prices 'a lot' lower than they currently are. I think a bounce back toward the 50's is more likely.
