They state in the Dec-18 quarterly that estimated cash outflows for PPE in Mar-19 quarter are estimated to be $10.9m (section 9, page 14). There isn't much further detail other than the first bullet point highlight in the report:

"Cash balance at the end of the quarter was $10.9 million and combined with undrawn debt facility remains sufficient to fund remaining costs associated with completion of the Gas Acceleration Programme (“GAP”)."

Per above, it just looks like it's timing of payments relating to the GAP. Hopefully this is the last of the big payments!
