Tim thats is true - if it was significant non compliance issue then tough bickies for WEG - But if it was a technical breach and PLV had the opportunity to return serve from the SS& T debacle then I expect its dueling lawyers from 100 paces- A technical shafting of your marketing agent and numero uno shareholder whom without their help PLV wouldn't have even 50% of Cockatoo let alone 100% could be seen as pore form even if they have the legals covered.
