By my reckoning the iCobalt prospectus should be lodged next week (“early March”) and the priority offer record date will be four business days after that.

BCC, if it wants to get in on the cobalt, doesn’t have long to wire the funds. The foreign transfer paperwork was done almost two weeks ago:

“BCC has completed its application to Chinese authorities for foreign currency and transaction approval.”

“...the enterprise must register the contract and the foreign exchange prepayment within 15 working days before the remittance.”

PS. @patience I wouldn’t worry too much about the Dow it’s just retesting the low of the sell-off we had the other week. The ASX futures are down about 1%.
