1.Total expenses for the quarter were $847K
R&D expenses[$338K] plus Patent Portfolio expenses[$81K}represent nearly 50% of all expenses.
2.Costs associated with the capital raising of $5.06 M totalled $324K which represents 6.4% of the monies raised.Investors who took part in the capital raising are still in the red despite the discounted shareprice offering.
