yes i agree, re data on Raffa - is the 3D seismic going to change Raffa that much in terms of core size - very unlikely - so i reckon it is a crock of you know what that suggests they needed this data to do a JV
it maybe BRU mob want to see their expl prospects better before they commit and not "give them away" - but surely even that is enough knowns to not entirely depend on for a JV - at least a MOU etc etc
is it they cannot get one and are trying hard to push timeline down the road in hope of getting a partner - Ungani has already shown everyone the operating difficulties and somewhat isolated location - the bridge will help reduce that concern but still a difficult location??
the timelines suggested to drill by late Q3 early Q4 now that we are in march - does not fit their either poor record of execution.
i too fear another CR to drill and a delay which if it does delay means april 2025 becuase of the wet season
