Personally I was a little worried with the call last week that legal representatives were needed in court for the first week in April as they never needed to be there for the handing down of the decision, I was starting to wonder if it indeed was going to be the judges wanting some clarification on a point of law or something bizarre, but now with this news that the CoA is due to be handed down on Monday it seems that the first week of April may indeed be the day we get our 5 million bond? for damages that SMM had to provide in order to appeal, seems to make sense that it would be forthcoming quickly after a decision as to clear up any backlog in future appeal court rulings.
Maybe, just maybe we know the decision already fingers and toes crossed this isn't just another furphy. Go you good thing.
