Capricorn are a majority holder and it wouldn't take much for them to purchase on market further, as well as the ones we will be giving them for the payment to keep the lights on. They will be running the show sooner rather than later.
They have tailored this tech to suit them, its clear NOBODY else wants to even use it, all trials have failed and never been mentioned again.
Imo this was floates plan from the start, he is loaded and setup now and hates dealing with shareholders.
