How else are you going to fund the mine build? Better through dilution than just bank/bond debt. The only problem with large share issuance is that any movement of SP valuation can "inflate" the market cap exponentially meaning fundamentals has to sustain a multi billion $ valuation. Currently we can only use back of envelop calc until we see some numbers post commissioning as revenue is reported etc...
