    Had a look through the Scheme documents and noticed there is no reference to dividends and whether shareholders will still receive a March dividend.

    Holding shares until the takeover may result in 15c (current differential to N$6.45 offer) plus an 8-10c interim dividend. Without the additional dividend there the discount does not seem to warrant holding until March / April next year.

    Any thoughts?
