Seems to me i was wrong on first feed....
March with Stage 2 completion at both Lamp and Concentration plant, With Production output from Lamp should re rate this stock until then, maybe more bumps...
More sales agreements will come around that time too i think, other potential customers probably want to see production output first...
There is still a cloud of lynas from SMSL and Malaysia election... The important thing is LYC is operational.. however when the judicial review is closed and the current PM wins the election then its blue sky... So March/April should be the re rate months....
