If you mean wrong about first feed re-rating the SP, that's because you are also wrong about the plant being operational. Nobody knows if the plant is operational until it starts producing at its expected rate, and it months away from that yet, even if everything goes right.
First feed is symbolic, simply the shovelling of ore into one end. The injunction being lifted would have been the catalyst if anything, enabling LYC to start the operational process. If anything, the SP will rise gradually as various parts of the process are proven. If you want a clue as to when the whole thing is working properly, keep an eye on the chief process and design engineers. When they disappear from the plant in a couple of months for 48 hours straight to catch up on their sleep - THEN you'll know everything's OK!
