    What are the thoughts for the investment at the end of March as DH has previously announced? On a serious note, if unsuccessful what is "Plan B"? I would love to know what people's thoughts are. My understanding is that the Koreans need this investment to secure Zircon for future projects which helps them diversify from steel production.
