    On a bit of a positive note, here is an interesting page on the current state of nuclear energy in china.

    "Mainland China has eleven nuclear power reactors in commercial operation, seven under construction, and ten more about to start construction."

    It's pretty clear nuclear is going to be a big part of china's energy future.
