March 31 is the scheduled completion of construction and expiry of options, and the date I wagered a hopeful 80c on a backslap and all the tea in China. It's still a little wishful for the end of the month but game on until then, or take my virtual kick in the nutsack and dissolution of all bragging rights hereon and forever.
