Today AJM last 39 trades total around 45k shares which seemed like smaller holders got scared!
The iron price like any other commodities can go up or down.
Ajm all up cost will be around $A80 as per presentation, so we still has the margin. The big boy will reduce the supply if the price drops too far to balance it out anyway. And the chinese will have to shut down most of their iron mines if iron dropped below $US100 for longer time according to VALE chairman two weeks ago.
It is frustrated with the coal permits in indonesia, but look at Italy, PVE discovered gas in 2009 and today still wait for the productions permit !
Maybe the junior company has no muscle like the big boy to put pressure on the lazy beaurocracies !
