i agree i think the 3 amigo's will do a rights issue as stated on the web site

they will underwrite themselves to get more skin in the game
and run the company as a private company

= not good for current shareholders

the RMS offer was cheap on the on the basis if everything went ok but then how often does that happen

if you work out a heavy dillueted rights issue at say .3c
add the amount of shares and give it a value of say 23m (thats what we are estimating they will make) you will only
get a share price of 1c

under the RMS deal you would have got that with the upside if they found more high grade gold

also BCN only own 80% that is a massive risk
