825 million shares equal about 15% of the float, possible Board representation request.
Last CR saw 300 million issued for $600,000
270 million issued due 24/4/24 to single buyer, 30 mil directors. (probably GB)
75 million issue due 22/4/24.
275 million required for 5% ownership (substantial owner)
Our largest shareholder is our Chairman GB, who holds 189 mil and has increased 35% when other top 20% have not increased at all.
