Pryme Oil & Gas in JV with Amelia in Louisiana

Sydney - Tuesday - May 1: (RWE Aust Business News) - Pryme Oil
and Gas (ASX:PYM) has a joint venture with Amelia Resources to develop
regional exploratory prospects through eastern Louisiana.
The targets in the Checkmate project will range in depth from
3,500 feet to 25,000 feet and give Pryme an inventory of drill prospects
for the next 10 years.
The area is surrounded by very prolific fields to the north east
and west.
Checkmate Project will take advantage of Amelia's 16 years of
direct evaluation of the hydrocarbon potential in the project area.
Pryme plans to license a dense grid of 2D seismic data to
re-process with the latest technologies and use for prospect definition.
Pryme shares were down 2c to 54c.
