Interesting post and its nice to have a thread dicussing the stock and not have the forum cluttered with yet another guessing game.
One of our posters had been in contact with Management and he reported that Jan was affected more than Feb . Power outages are also related to wind and not just rain and that may be the reason..
This is one quarter out of many to come and one needs to judge performance year on year as production can the made up in good quarters while we have spare capacity ...the current target is 325,000 TPA and will take 12 months from the beginning of commercial production to prove accurate.
The expected spend for the March Quarter, as below, is $22M so the first priority is to exceed that with income, both could reasonably be expected to be lower ..we will find out later this month...
Exploration and development will take care of a lot of any excess cash on a quarterly basis as they ramp up to 600,000TPA +...If we can still add to our current $23M stash then we will be doing very well...spending related to increased production and mine life is cash well spent...
Cheers Whisky
