Today's announcement states that
the loading problem is with Donghae Star only . . . and not a problem with the crusher.
"In late March, shipping movements were also impacted by loading delays for one vessel whic has been temporarily relocated to nearby anchorage for stowage adjustments, with loading of the next queued vessel almost complete for imminent departure."
