hmmm ... not the silliest concept I've seen before. For better or worse MGX has deal with similar structural issues so I supposed is most qualified. But its possibly a better idea than say property development in Melbourne
Have you found much about the resource? Is there anything left after BHP? I might go looking as it is in many ways a logical step.
