I believe that the price won’t re-rate until something changes, like interest rates dropping so that money comes back into the market, the company resumes dividends, or by some chance, the company proves @Goodheart right and announces an extension of mine life. Until one of those happens, short term changes in IO price will be outweighed by random fluctuations in short term trading algorithms, and you either play that game or just accept it.
