I own both mgx and grr. A month or so ago grr was trailing mgx by 15 cents. Today grr has crept in front.
An interesting comment in the most recent grr announcement may apply to mgx. The grr announcement stated that a new mine plan to go UG will extend LOM to 15 years.
The cooment in the grr announcement that I found interesting was that because the resource is open at depth there is the possibility of another mine plan in the future to extend LOM even further.
MGX is also open at depth and former ceo Jim Beyer did a study of UG both in main pit and Acacia. Jim Beyer is also on record in an interview with the ABC stating that the LOM of Koolan could be decades . . . yes, he said decades !
The most recent mgx announcement said they were looking at several options, even calling upon third parties for specialist advice. Could the development of UG be one of those options ?
