@miningnut, could KCN be technically insolvent now or soon?
I was disturbed by the size of the current payables in the half yearly report…
there was no note to explain what bills they were. Do you have a guess what they might be…
I was also thinking that the value acquired to the stockpiled ore might be too high, considering that we seem to be down to mostly marginal ore which doesn’t seem to be able to be processed at a profit.
I have been disturbed by KCN's shrinking bank balance for a while, so you could imagine my surprise when they announced they had decided to splash out and buy $6om+ worth of new mining equipment and to proceed with starting the new plant 1 recruits even though plant 1 isn’t operating and won’t be operating for at least a few weeks it seems.

Do you think it would make operational and financial sense for lotus hall and Kingsgate to merge? lotus hall has money in the bank and mining prowess, and KCn will be their biggest customer one day presumably, and KCN has mining equipment, a debt to pay lotus mining, and a mine to be mined.
