    Surprised with the 'crash'... Nothing new in the announcement if you've been following HotCopper, just confirmations of what was already 99% known.

    With regards to disparity with shipments, you make a lot of assumptions. Primarily assuming all exports via the port are Timis and the quantity of all 'shipments' are equal - none of which you can say for certain is true.
