Perhaps a better phrase is 'curative intent' as opposed to 'cure' which is too generic and due to insidious nature of cancer is not yet feasible - across all cancer mutations.
Leslie did advise though that some patients on Vaxinia MAST trial (cross check: may have been CHECKvacc) had already reached OBD (optimal biologic dose).
My take from that statement is some patients in cohort 2/3 donot require a higher drug dose, which could lead one to think there are several complete responses even at low dosage levels?
