Margaret63: I notice you seem to concentrate on the carbohydrate contents of the many different milks you use (?) - my daughter who is battling cancer is trying to avoid carbohydrates in all their foods.
They eat lots of vegetables, starting off the morning with a green drink - which is a mix of all sorts of leaves, fruit and veggies and powders - I never drank that one - just had my slice of toast with cheese and a coffee - was hungry a lot - the choice of milks was like yours - none of them tasting too nice, I could tolerate the almond milk, but love my 'real' milk - buy the A2 (full) here.  However I ate the rest of the food - am curious now to see if it made a difference to my lipids values - had the 'vampire' on me yesterday - awaiting results and doctor's appointment.

I was told to shut up early on about my opinions on what they ate, so just observed and noted that vegetables, too, have a fair amount of carbohydrates in them, so why avoid them in milk?

Just curious - as I never got an answer
