Thanks Froggy - there is nothing for me to do, except I did finally (after 8 years) read the instruction on the side and it says a certain valve needs to be inspected every 4 months (have never had it done) and not to touch it but call technician - well not bad for 8 years; it's only been giving me trouble for the last year or so. The only thing which looks like shown in the picture is actually sealed off. Product is 'Wilson'. Thanks again - will contact technician, if he is still around, he didn't seem to have much faith in this product. Tau
