Thankfully alive and profit dwindling. LOL
My physio plan is less than 5 visits because back is old problem and the exercise I was given was an old
one and one new one. All to strengthen core.
It's a matter of just doing them.
Couldn't locate old physio who was great and once worked as physio for Australian cricket team. He was also able
to do chiro and taught me that too.
Pissed off about the time taken for all this stuff when I was as fit as a bull just months ago.
Taking it in my stride though and still 2 stepping around the place and singingeven though
I don't live on a mountain.![]()
