No rule states that, but as previous stated in February's Tipping Comp thread & then for memory January's Comp & if i remember rightly so in December's Comp and again in November's Comp, and then again (stone the bloody crows!!!) in October's Comp and geeeshhhh struth!!!! again in September's Comp and .... well you get the drift.
At the end of each month all consolidated stocks will be changed according to have the newly match ratio in place. At the moment it is on the "to do list" from Hot Coppers IT guru (State) but it isn't a priority.
The correct winner will be announce sometime in the middle of next month. You'll just have to lie without the "trophy" next to your name if your not in the top 20.
