What negotiations are you talking about?
What has the share price got to do with Tincom approving the commencement of the FS or handing over the money?
Why would Kos discuss with you about a possible manipulation that may or may not be factual? If its factual dont you think kos would be talking to ASIC before he talks to you?
Did you ask Kos if you could report your conversation in a public forum?
No need to open up a can of worms when its not really warranted.
Personally I doubt very much Kos would have used the term "manipulation" in the conversation.
And no...I have not spoken to Kos since last AGM...these are only my comments.
