The TH for the bulk testing results seems to put a different face on the buyback announcement and it's timing.
I don't wish to be negative but maybe, just maybe the bulk testing results are not as good as WM thought they would be and has organised the buyback as a defence mechanism against sellers driving the price down too low. Hope I'm wrong but as a long term holder I've got used to "expecting the unexpected"...fingers crossed.
