firstly, he's no quack, he's one of the best in the bizz, so when he says its pretty odd for an explorer to be buying back shares when its got a project to fund, he's dead right, whether you like it or not...
but obviously the oracle WM is two steps ahead, and project funding will come from some other source, and we will all pat WM on the back...
unless of course the SP tanks like it did after the last buy back... eeek...
