I've communicated with the company.
This has happened at AGMs - as you would know the best part of AGMs is the informal conversation with directors afterwards. I have attempted to communicate some of those matters here but other posters are hostile to any such contribution - so that's the end of that.
I also have Chris Kain's email address and he and I exchange communications every now and then.
