Yes , Troy specialised in plant relocation , another plant moved successfully was a Copper/gold processing plant (Hillgrove ) HGO moved from around Derby WA to South Australia , had flotation cells which are relatively expensive but easy to transport .
I am guessing Could take only a 3 month interval from shut down of EM to going to Tampa if all the work at Tampa was pre done with Tankage and foundations so that the ball mill/SAG mill and conveyors could be unbolted at EM then rebolted back up at Tampa .
The crusher is not an issue as they could pre stockpile crushed ore at EM before moving the crusher
Thinking outside the square if the company still thought it viable instead to move ore from Tampa to EM what about set up solar panels to power up the new Tesla semi trucks during the day then drive the trucks at night would seem well within their battery range and are quiet for night driving (ok shoot me down with flames ) ?
