To have 14 million shares on issue is so small. It provides the company with plenty of flexibility. It's a lot less than many ipo's that start out. I think once we get some traction with deals the sp can only go up in dollar amounts as the potential mounts. I assume it also was necessary to give potential investors great confidence in the company.
