Well yeah Lex, I had a look at some meat processing solutions, like goat and beef, but I'm not convinced, maybe because I can't stand the taste of goat, but my neighbour assures me she eats at the local Nepalese restaurant every Thursday night and always it's just to have their goat - so there we go, what do I know. I like lentils and whiting, though not together.
Personally I'm more in favour of MTM acquiring one of the rapidly expanding new Abalone Ranches that are gaining traction now, it's a niche, but it's going gangbusters, with one Aussie company of 50 employees predicting they'll have 200 or more in a year or two.
I've not received any reply from MTM regarding the Abalone, which is interesting because previously they always reply within a day or so.
We should be getting the annual report in 2 weeks or so, and it should be very good I expect, and typical of a growing business with premium products in demand.
